EMERGENCY SUPPORT CENTER FOR MIGRANT WOMEN 1577-1366

The Emergency Support Center For Migrant Women opens on November, 2006 to support human rights, safety and protection through hotline services 365 days a year. Migrant women living in Korea who have suffered from family violence, sexual assault and prostitution can receive counseling and interpretation using their own languages.
WHAT WE DO?
First, we provide counseling for victims of violence:
- Counseling call services 365days a year: 1577-1366
- Counseling in 8 languages: (Vietnamese, Chinese, English, Tagalog, Russian, Thai, Mongolian, and Cambodian).
Solution of conflicts through phone counseling, interview counseling, and visitation counseling.
We give Stay and legal counseling, etc.
We also help in Connetion with other emergency support services:
- Connecting with the Emergency equipped shelter for victims of family violence, sexual assault and prostitution.
- Medical treatment, legal advice, investigation and police services.
( criminal and civil legal action, etc. )
